Dialogic Learning Services is proud to present the inaugural National Schools Online Debating Championship 2020. We understand that the COVID-19 pandemic has brought about significant impacts in our debate community, with all debate tournaments catered to secondary schools being cancelled. Our modest aim of hosting an online debate tournament is to provide an alternative for the debaters who have worked very hard and have been looking forward to debate tournaments this year.

Date: 18-19 Jul (Prelim Rounds); 1-2 Aug(Elimination Rounds)
Time: 0800H – 1800H
Platform: Zoom
Registration Fee: $100/team (5 debaters, 1 teacher/team manager, 1 coach)

Format: Modified WSDC (6-min substantive speeches, 3-min reply speeches)
Team Cap: 120 Teams (40 schools / division)
Divisional System: Based on institution’s division in the lastest SSSDC
Max. Team Per Institution: 3
