The Championships take place each year in a different country, hosted by a national debating body, in the case of 2016 the\u00a0<em>Debating Society Germany e.V<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>Recent venues include Lima, Doha, Dundee, Antalya, Seoul, Bangkok and in 2015 Singapore.\u00a0All debates take place in English. Each country can submit a squad of 3-5\u00a0eligible\u00a0students to debate social, moral and political issues.
